Tangaroa Terrace at the Disneyland Hotel

I went to Tangaroa Terrace last Sunday for breakfast!  Tangaroa Terrace recently opened and is right next to Trader Sam's.  It's tiki themed and replaced the restaurant, Hook's Point, that was there before.

The Tiki/Polynesian theme they have at the Tangaroa Terrace and Trader Sam's reminds me of Disney World's Polynesian Resort.  While I was at Disney World last year I went to Kona Cafe for breakfast and it was a lot of fun and I had a great meal!  Tangaroa Terrace sort of reminded me of that so when I saw they had breakfast I decided I wanted to go and try what they had.  I was not disappointed!
I went with two other people and we all ordered something different so we could try a bit of each.
Here's what I was able to try!

Breakfast Wrap-

This is what I got.  It was eggs, ham, avocado, and cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla with a side of potatoes.  It was delicious and was my favorite of the three dishes we got.  It was a large breakfast and I couldn't finish it.  It's an ideal meal to share!

Breakfast Platter-

My fiance got the breakfast platter.  This was scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and a biscuit.  Again another good sized meal!  I tried some of his food and it was all good!  I especially enjoyed the bacon.

French Toast-

My fiance's brother got the french toast which looked too pretty to eat!  I was able to try this as well and it was yummy!  If you have a sweet tooth, this is for you!

I haven't had a chance to try any of the lunch/dinner meals they have later in the day at Tangaroa Terrace but their breakfast was great!  You can get yourself a great meal here before heading to Disneyland or if you don't have Disneyland park tickets or your annual pass is blocked out, Tangaroa Terrace is a nice casual place to go and get a bite to eat!  I really enjoyed my meal.  I'll probably go back for more sometime soon!
