Disney Store Outlet, Las Vegas

While I was in Vegas last weekend I visited the Disney Character Warehouse Outlet Store at the Las Vegas Outlet Center.  I also stopped by a second outlet mall called Las Vegas Premium Outlets and while looking around I stumbled across this store:

It was a Disney Store Outlet!  I'd seen these before in other outlet malls.  This one surprised me though because it had a large section of actual Disneyland merchandise at some amazing prices!

  

I left with a few great items that were over half off the price.  I would recommend checking out this store as well if you're ever in Vegas!

Disney Character Warehouse Outlet Store

I'm going to Las Vegas this weekend so I thought I would share a fun Disney stop I always like to make when I'm over there!

  

At the Las Vegas Outlet Center you can find one of the Disney Character Warehouse Outlet Stores!  If you're a Disney fan, it's a great place to check out because they have all kinds of Disney merchandise on sale.  You can find stuff from both Disneyland and Disney World! 

There are other Character Warehouse stores including one in Fullerton that is not far from Disneyland.  I like stopping by the one in Vegas because sometimes I find different things they don't have at the Fullerton location.

Mardi Gras Weekends Coming to Disneyland

The last three Family Fun Weekends at Disneyland will be Mardi Gras at New Orleans Square on Feb. 18-20, 25-27, and March 4-6.  Princess Tiana, Prince Naveen, and Louis will be there to help celebrate!  I won't be able to go to the first two weekends because I will be out of town but here are some pictures of those characters from 2009!

Disney Valentine's Merchandise

Valentine's Day is almost here so I thought I'd post pictures of some of the cute Valentine's Day merchandise they have at Disneyland!  

Pie-eyed Mickey and Minnie are ready for Valentine's Day!

Here's a Valentine's display they have at Greetings from California in California Adventure that includes frames, stuffed animals, antenna balls, chocolates, and of course Valentine Duffy!

I thought their Valentine's Day Bolt was especially cute!

Happy Lunar New Year Festival

This past Family Fun Weekend at Disneyland was "Happy Lunar New Year" at the Festival Arena.

The Festival Arena had nice decorations celebrating the Lunar New Year- the Year of the Rabbit.

There was dancing and entertainment.

 

Mushu and Mulan were there too!

Like at the Kickin' Country Weekend there were characters dressed up for the festivities:

I really loved the "What Year Are You" board they had near the entrance.  Each of the years had a Disney character representing it!

My year is the mouse!  Mickey Mouse!

Character Fan Days

Character Fan Days

This past Family Fun Weekend was Character Fan Days.  A few weeks ago, the Disney Parks Blog did a poll where fans could vote for rarely seen characters to be at Disneyland for a weekend.  The winners were all at the Festival Arena and a couple surprises were too!

 

The Seven Dwarfs were voted on in the poll and you could take your picture with all of them!

Other winners of the poll were there:

Esmerelda and Clopin

Horace Horsecollar and Clarabelle Cow

Captain Hook, Mr. Smee, and Wendy were all there. And Peter Pan too!

And a couple surprises:

Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum!

The Country Bears!

It was a lot of fun to see all these characters!  I was especially excited to see the Country Bears.  They used to have an attraction at Disneyland but now you can only visit them at their show at Disney World.  It was a real treat to see them!  

I was also really happy to see traditional Daisy Duck! 

Did anyone else get to go to the Character Fan Days? I think it'd be neat if they had more weekends like this with the rarely seen characters.  Which character would you like to see at the parks?
